Referral Process & Procedures
In case you refer your buddy to Squadio, the following steps will take place

CV referring
email should be sent to “Referral@Squadio.com“
from your side with the updated CV of the talent mentioning the vacancy s/he is being referred to.

Receives the CVs
once Squadio Engineering Recruitment Team
receives the CVs, they will check that talent didn't apply before or has been referred, or already exists in the talent pool.

The engineering Recruitment Team
will proceed with kicking off the hiring process.

Invitation
the Referee will Be invited to complete online tests with in 3 working days.

CV referring
The Eligible referee who passed the Online Assessments will join Squadio Talent Pool.

The matching team
shall front the candidate's profile to different accounts until s/he gets hired by a partner.
